Before every trip, we offer you and your party a complimentary orientation that covers outdoor safety, some tips for protecting our environment, and the route we’ll be hiking. On the day of the hike, your guide will drive you to the trailhead while you sit back, enjoy the views, and listen to an expertly produced audio tour that delves into the area’s unique history.

We offer a selection of trail snacks for you to enjoy as your guide leads you through Colorado’s deep evergreen forests, alpine meadows, and lush aspen groves to remote mountain summits that offer solitude and panoramic views.

Trail Fiends Refund Policy

A hike is considered to begin at the time we’re scheduled to depart from the trailhead. If ever you need to cancel a trip, you must cancel two weeks prior to the beginning of the hike to receive a 100 percent refund. For example, if your guided hiking tour is scheduled to begin at 7:00 am on Monday, June 21, you must cancel your trip by 7:00 am on Monday, June 7 to receive a full refund. For any trip cancelled less than two weeks before the beginning of a trip, Trail Fiends will retain 50 percent of the total cost of the trip. For any trip cancelled less than one week prior to the beginning of a hike, Trail Fiends will retain 100 percent of the total cost of the trip. Any trip scheduled less than a week before the beginning of a guided hike is not eligible for any refund. If ever Trail Fiends cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund.
